In response to the COVID-19 Social Distancing restrictions, C2K has instituted a drive-thru protocol in the back of our warehouse. Properly attired staff will assist in loading the computer into the vehicle, while the driver remains safely inside.

Our Mission

We believe all children and their families, regardless of their economic status, need to be computer literate and have equal access to technology. Our Technology Assistance Program recycles and refurbishes used computers and delivers them to families in need. C2K also provides education, training and technical support to help students achieve success.

Make a Difference Easily with C2K

With the COVID-19 Pandemic causing school closures, thousands of students (K-12 and university level) are trying to complete their education from home, many without access to a computer. With schools expected to remain closed until the Fall semester, San Diego’s students will be struggling to continue their education without these vital tools.

Since the school closures on March 16th, C2K has received thousands of applications from families seeking a computer for their child and requests from Colleges and Universities for computers for thousands of their students. C2K is working with our community representatives to minimize the educational disruption and facilitate the continuity of learning, especially for the most vulnerable by ensuring that everyone has the tools to access and continue their education from home.

We understand your concerns about security when getting rid of your used computer or phone. Our “Microsoft Registered Refurbisher” program enables us to comply with legislated security requirements and ensure proper disk sanitation for individual and corporate equipment donations.
